This was a week of ugly, ugly utilitarian bentos…so ugly that I didn’t even photograph them.

This one is from the Martha Stewart website. It was fabulously spicy. My version was a little wetter than the one shown on the website, as I added a little more of the pasta water to give it more of a sauce feel, as I really am not a huge fan of dry pasta.
