Let’s set the stage here…I was in Mexico with a girlfriend while our husbands and offspring were back home in Missouri in the cold. I was bored with every drink I had tried, so I started going with bartender’s choice. I ended up with a lot of fruity and interesting drinks. I decided on our last full day there to step it up a notch. I was going to drink a rainbow of drinks. I had no say in what I was getting other than, “make it a red one!”, etc.
So, here we go….
