Santa gave Freya new triangular art crayons back at Christmas, but she still had all of these broken Crayola ones lying around, so we used the idea from 365 Days of Crock Potting and melted them down into new, multi-colored crayons.
She had a lot of fun pulling the wrappers off, initially sorting them by color, and then choosing which colors would go together to make new crayons. Although, I will say that I may have pushed her to do an Illini blue/orange one for her Daddy.
They were done before bedtime and she had just enough time to try them out on three drawings.
